I realize that digitally synthesized narration may not be for everyone but today the technology has advanced enough to meet the needs of many people, I think you'll be quite surprised as to how far this technology has come in the last year or so.

I think the quality of the narrations is especially acceptable for shorter and to the point audio books such as how to guides and so forth.

I did also notice that Free Christian Audio Books is also starting to list audio books that are narrated by a human. The first such audio book is Pilgrim's Progress by John Bunyan. If you enjoy the books they offer you should check back open as they add new books quite often.

Much to my surprise and delight I discovered that "Christian audio books" ranked number 13 out of 1000 with 5778 searches during the last 30 days.With that many searches a month for "Christian audio books" I figured it's about time I devote an entire post to Christian audio books.
